The effective date of this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is 1st April 2025. This version of the Agreement replaces and supersedes any prior Terms of use applicable to the Imbrios Website and Products.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Terms may be updated by Imbrios at its discretion. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent judicial authority, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Website. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Imbrios and you both agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, then either party may pursue further legal action.
